These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PairDynamics website (the "Site") and your purchase of any digital products offered through it. The Site and its products are owned and operated by Global Joby Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we offer

PairDynamics sells downloadable digital products for couples and individuals — including workbooks, guides, and PDF resources focused on communication and relationship patterns. All products are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

2. Educational purpose — not therapy or medical advice

Our products are self-guided educational tools. They are not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a diagnostic or treatment service, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified mental-health professional. If you are in distress or need clinical support, please consult a licensed professional or the crisis resources listed within our products. You use our products at your own discretion.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time; the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

4. Delivery of digital products

After your payment is successfully confirmed, access to your product is provided through an on-screen download link and/or a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address. Please also check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Licence and intellectual property

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content — text, design, worksheets, graphics, and the underlying frameworks — remains the property of Global Joby Ventures and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or reproduce the products, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

8. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Joby Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
