Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for digital products purchased from PairDynamics, operated by Global Joby Ventures.

1. Nature of our products

All PairDynamics products are digital and are delivered electronically (instant download). There is no physical product and therefore no shipping. Access is provided immediately after your payment is confirmed, via an on-screen link and/or a link sent to your email.

2. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel the product was worth it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You do not need to give a detailed reason — a short note on what didn't work for you helps us improve.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@pairdynamics.com from the email address used at purchase, with your order details (name and approximate date/amount of purchase). We will acknowledge your request and process eligible refunds promptly.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Once approved, the amount typically reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge any cancellation fee.

5. Cancellations

Because products are delivered instantly at the time of purchase, there is no separate order-cancellation window — instead, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies. We do not currently offer subscriptions; each purchase is a one-time payment.

6. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse of this policy — for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity, or unauthorised redistribution of the product in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
